Nancy Scarbrough

At a very early age, I began expressing myself artistically. Constant creation of my own paper dolls and drawing all images from coloring books instead of coloring became the norm. After attending University of Georgia and and majoring in Art Education with a concentration in Drawing and Painting, my career began as an Art teacher in Middle Schools of Georgia. Upon retiring, I developed my love for painting. A journey of years studying many artists from California , Arizona, Rhode Island and to the Marshes of Coastal Georgia developed MY STYLE as an Impressionist painter. Subject matter became quite diverse. It developed into painting landscapes, flowers and pets. All subject matter is my favorite when I feel it touching my heart throughout the process.
